Centrally located (< 5 miles) between the two major Charleston terminals, our team has decades of experience handling OOG (out of gauge), HazMat, and other specialized cargo.
We have a 7 acre drop yard, 4 Reefer plugs, forklifts from 5-55,000 lbs, and a container handler to accommodate a wide range of needs for Charleston’s growing waterfront community.
Our in-house drayage fleet allows us to rapidly service our customers. MainOcean has a network of flatbed, OOG, van, and LTL carriers to support all of our customers’ inland move needs at all locations.
MainOcean operates multiple facilities allowing us to customize options so that our clients’ needs throughout the supply chain are satisfied.
Directing cargo to a specific MainOcean facility insures the most efficient answers to our customers’ needs and expectations. The multiple facilities allow us to handle a variety of cargo types; bonded, food grade, haz-mat, etc.
